Average weekly attendance at services for the previous calendar twelve months (January 1 to December 31) will be deemed a reasonably accurate measurement of the total size of a Member Community. (Weekly service attendance includes both adults and children present at all services.)<\/p>\n

Delegates are apportioned as follows:<\/p>\n

1 \u2013 50, Service attendance: 1 delegate<\/p>\n

51 \u2013 450, Service attendance: 4 delegates<\/p>\n

451 \u2013 600, Service attendance: 5 delegates<\/p>\n

601 \u2013 750, Service attendance: 6 delegates<\/p>\n

More than 751+ Service attendance: 7 delegates<\/p>\n
